Business and Deal Disruptions: Contractual Considerations A SCRAP Hosted Virtual Event

Please join Earl Phillips and Jon Schaefer from the law firm of Robinson & Cole LLP for a discussion of the new and important options that members of our scrap and recycling industry should consider when entering into contracts and establishing other business relationship in the post COVID-19 world. This program will provide a primer on some of the evolving standards, contingencies, and issues that deserve consideration as you establish new, or revise existing, business relationships with material suppliers and purchasers, landlords, tenants, contractors, critical service and/or equipment providers, lenders, and insurers. Earl and Jon are the co-chairs of the firm’s recycling practice and have represented members of ReMA from around the country. They and their team have helped members with real estate, business relocation/expansion, environmental, employment, dispute resolution, and all manner of corporate and contracting issues.
