ISRI Virtual Event: Proper Handling and Transporting of Automotive Batteries *To Be Rescheduled*

Handling, packaging, and transporting automotive batteries can present a high number of risks without the proper training. Make sure your company is keeping employees, customers, and others safe. This virtual event will cover the regulatory background, history, and the proper handling of Sealed Lead Acid (SLA) auto and other SLA batteries. Those attending will gain a better understanding of the differences between lithium and lead batteries destined for recycling, and the dangers of including lithium batteries in a lead battery recycling stream. Moderated by ReMA Transportation Safety Director Commodor Hall.

The event is open to all with non-members charged $195 to attend.
