Aldo Jordan, President, The Metals Agency

Aldo Jordan is the founder and President of The Metals Agency, a company that provides international services in metal commodity trading, logistics, banking, and hedging. Jordan’s expertise stems from nearly 20 years of ferrous and nonferrous recycling experience in yard operations, commercial purchasing, international logistics, and commodity sales. For 12 years Jordan worked for one of the nation’s largest recycling companies – Radius Recycling – in several executive management positions: Nonferrous Manager, Commercial Director, Regional Director, and Director of Nonferrous Sales. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, an MBA certificate from Loyola University (Chicago), and post-graduate certificates from University of Madison Wisconsin, University of California at Berkeley, and Wharton Business School. He resides in Northern California with his wife and two sons.

Bret Penninger, VP of Commercial Operations, Venture Metals +

With a decade-plus of experience in the scrap industry, Bret Penninger brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as Vice President of Commercial Operations for Venture Metals in North America. A Chicagoland native, Bret began his career in the scrap industry at Dulin Metals Co., where he spent eight years honing his skills in operations. His journey continued with Venture Metals, where he serves as the primary salesman of red metals to the North American market.

Chris Lewon, Owner, Utah Metal Works, Inc

After working for Sims Metal, Chris Lewon has been the owner of Utah Metal Works for over 30 years.
