Scott Breen is vice president of sustainability at the Can Manufacturers Institute (CMI). CMI represents U.S. metal can manufacturers and their suppliers. His responsibilities include promoting the can as a sustainable/circular package, advocating for federal and state legislation and regulation that reflect the can’s sustainability advantages, and leading the industry’s efforts to build upon the can industry’s leading recycling rates.

Breen’s roles prior to CMI were associate manager of the Sustainability and Circular Economy Program at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation and attorney-adviser at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.

Raised in the industry and following his late father's footsteps, Justin Raymond has served most of his adult-life in the waste and recycling Industry. Nearly 18 years ago, Raymond joined Caglia Environmental and has held several positions progressing in responsibility. Currently as the director of Post-Collection Operations, Justin oversees all Caglia facilities including; several transfer stations, both an open and closed landfill, C&D processing plant, organics de-packaging partnership, a rock plant, household hazardous waste facility, and one of Central California's largest and most innovative single stream materials recovery facilities (MRF's).
