Speakers
Yvette Huerta, VP of HR, SA Recycling

Yvette Huerta is the vice president of human resources for SA Recycling. As a professional with a passion for people, she believes HR professionals should be ambassadors, not hall monitors. Huerta has served as a partner for both employees and management working to achieve their professional goals through exponential growth and overcoming market challenges. She has more than 39 years of experience in multiple roles, including accounting, payroll, benefits, system administration, and employee relations.

Stef Murray, Chief DEI Officer and VP of HR, Radius Recycling

Stef Murray has over 37 years of professional experience including 30 years of people leadership, 27 years of human resources, and 10 years of operations/P&L management. Murray’s blended background has allowed her to quickly relate to internal business clients, assess their people and organizational needs, and determine how human resources can contribute to positive bottom-line business results.

Murray graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in electrical engineering and began her career as a manufacturing supervisor at Procter & Gamble. She quickly learned how critical excellent people and leadership skills were, and the impact that a leader had on individual and organizational success. She grew her human resources career at Dell and takes pride in being named “best of breed” of all HR people leaders within that organization. Murray was recently recognized by Savoy magazine as one of the top diversity and inclusion executives of 2023 Stef Murray - Savoy (savoynetwork.com). Murray has worked in many industries including consumer products, technology, services, business process outsourcing, automotive dismantling, and metals recycling. Murray currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her daughter, a Georgia State University Cum Laude graduate, and two pit bull puppies.
