This webinar series is designed to help recycled materials companies understand how customer expectations, policies, and financial markets are evolving around sustainability and how these changes will impact their company and industry.

Dr. Anastasia Behr, Sr. Director, Sustainability Science & Technology, UL Solutions

Anastasia (Ana) Behr is a Sr. Director at the UL Solutions Science & Innovation group, responsible for growing UL’s technical expertise and thought leadership in the space of sustainability science and technologies. She collaborates with external stakeholders across standard setting bodies, industry associations, non-profits, and policy makers, to promote science-based sustainability principles and innovation.

Dr. Behr has almost two decades of corporate research, business innovation and sustainability experience, in biomedical, chemical, and mineral materials industries. She joined UL Solutions in August 2023, most recently from Huber Engineered Materials, where she served as Sustainability Director responsible for business sustainability strategy development and execution. Prior to Huber, she spent over a decade at Dow Chemical in roles ranging from central research to corporate sustainability management.

Dr. Behr holds a Ph.D. in chemical & biomedical engineering from University of Minnesota, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering/Food Quality Control from Belarus State Technological University.

Randi Kronthal-Sacco, Senior Scholar, NYU Stern Center for Sustainable Business

Randi Kronthal-Sacco is a Senior Scholar at the NYU Stern Center for Sustainable Business. Ms. Kronthal-Sacco leads CSB’s research in the areas of marketing and brands including the Sustainable Market Share Index™ and is responsible for corporate outreach.

With over 25 years of packaged goods and pharmaceutical experience, Ms. Kronthal-Sacco most recently was the Chief Marketing Officer at Rodan + Fields®. Ms. Kronthal-Sacco spent over 18 years as a Senior Executive at Johnson & Johnson®, where she served as Worldwide Vice President on two of the company’s most important franchises, Johnson’s Baby and Women’s Health. Prior to her role at Johnson & Johnson, Ms. Kronthal-Sacco served in various product management capacities for 8 years at Kraft Foods including Director, Desserts Division.

Ms. Kronthal-Sacco currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors at GlobeScan. Ms. Kronthal-Sacco holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Emory University and a Master in Business Administration in Finance from New York University Stern School of Business. Her research has been cited in Harvard Business Review, Fortune, GreenBiz, among others.

Brooke Graydon, President, CRI Communications

Brooke leads CRI and has a passion for developing long-term relationships that deliver enduring value to clients. During her more than 30-year career at CRI, Brooke has developed strategies and implemented investor and sustainability reports for partners such as Campbell Soup Company, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Darden Restaurants, General Motors, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Mohawk Industries, Newell Brands, The J.M. Smucker Company, United Parcel Service and Waste Management. Accessible, hands-on and client-focused, Brooke leverages her extensive experience to direct financial and sustainability communications solutions that inform and influence internal and external stakeholders. Brooke is active in numerous investor and communications industry organizations, and holds degrees in accounting and management from Texas A&M University and Jacksonville State University.

Susan Robinson, Susan K Robinson Consulting

With 40 years of experience in the environmental industry, Susan Robinson’s background includes environmental policy, sustainability reporting and goal setting, and a range of waste & recycling topics. Her experience includes work in the public sector, nonprofit environmental work, consultancy, and over 30 years in the private sector. Most recently, she led corporate sustainability strategy and reporting for WM. Robinson currently supports recycling and sustainability programs through her consulting work with trade organizations and private sector clients.

She attended Stanford University and holds a B.S. in Applied Earth Sciences from the University of Washington. Her master’s work in Environmental Studies was at The Evergreen State College. She holds a Sustainability Leadership Certificate from Stanford University.

Megan Levy, Manager of Business Resilience at Texas Mutual Insurance Company, brings over a decade of diverse experience in resilience planning. Her expertise spans public and private sectors, encompassing roles in emergency management, business continuity, and community resilience.

Megan holds a Master's in Infrastructure Planning and Management from the University of Washington, along with CBCP and CRMP certifications. Her professional journey includes impactful contributions to University of Washington Emergency Management, Microsoft, and the PNWER Center for Regional Disaster Resilience. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Megan now applies her comprehensive resilience knowledge in Austin, Texas, where she resides with her family.
