GCR Convention Hotel Options

If you plan to attend the ReMA Gulf Coast Region summer convention and have not made your hotel reservations yet, please note:

The GCR contracted group rate for the ReMA 2024 Gulf Coast Region Convention & Expo has expired at both the JW Marriott Austin (the host hotel for the GCR convention) and the Austin Marriott Downtown (the contracted overflow hotel for the convention).

Those two properties may still have rooms available outside of our contracted block at their prevailing rates, so you may contact them at the phone numbers below to check their availability.

If those properties can’t meet your lodging needs, you may wish to consider the other hotel properties noted below, both of which are located close to the JW Marriott Austin convention hotel for your convenience.

On the chance you still need to register for the GCR convention, click on the registration link on this page—but act fast because online registration ends at midnight on June 17 and registration rates go up beginning June 18. From June 18 onward, you must register onsite at the JW Marriott Austin.
