The ReMA Industry Leadership Development Program is designed to provide new-to-the-industry professionals showing great promise as emerging leaders with guidance, insight, and skills needed to build an impactful career in the recycled materials industry.

Throughout the two-day program, participants will engage with nationally recognized thought leaders and industry business insiders representing diverse backgrounds and perspectives. As this program is intentionally limited to no more than 20 participants, this is an opportunity to build your professional network of lifelong career connections and mentors from across the country.


Topics covered in this discussion-rich collaborative environment are focused on:

  • Changing the narrative about how people think and talk about the recycled materials industry
  • Leadership within the industry and your company/How to get involved in your local chapter and ReMA
  • Advocating for the industry and engaging with local, state, and federal officials
  • Why championing environmental, sustainability, and governance (ESG) matters to you as a leader
  • Toolbox to buying and selling recyclable materials – relationships are the backbone of our business
  • And much more

As with list scams, beware of individuals offering unsolicited assistance booking hotel rooms. Many of these offers are not legitimate and attendees who have used them have found themselves without reservations when they arrive at the event. Registration Cancellation Policy

ReMA will provide a full refund, less a $100 administrative fee, for registration cancellations made in writing prior to January 30, 2025. Cancellations made in writing after January 30, 2025, will be provided a refund equal to 50% of the registration fee paid. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and may be emailed to ReMA at registration@recycledmaterials.org by the January 30, 2025.
