Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk

San Antonio, TX

ReMA has secured a limited number of sleeping rooms at a discounted rate at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk. Registration on or before October 21 is required for the opportunity to secure a hotel reservation at the discounted ReMA rate. Discounted rooms are limited and available on a first come, first served basis.

Individuals will receive an emailed confirmation once registered and this confirmation will include detailed information regarding next steps for how to reserve a hotel room at the discounted ReMA rate if you choose to secure a host hotel reservation rate.

Please note hotel reservations made using a shared discount code and found not to be registered for the Operations and Safety Forum, will be charged the Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk prevailing room rate and not the ReMA negotiated rate. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact ReMA at Registration@recycledmaterials.org or (202) 662-8500.

The hotel is located approximately 20 minutes from San Antonio International Airport and can be reached via taxi or rideshare.

*Registration & Host Hotel Reservation

Attendees that choose to make a reservation and stay at the host hotel (Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk) will enjoy the lowest available registration rates during that time. Audits of the attendee list will be compared to the hotel reservation list to confirm an active reservation and stay. Attendees that choose the (w/ Host Hotel Reservation) rate but fail to make a reservation will be asked for the registration balance before receiving their event credentials.

As with list scams, beware of individuals offering unsolicited assistance booking hotel rooms. Many of these offers are not legitimate and attendees who have used them have found themselves without reservations when they arrive at the event. The only authorized location for booking hotel rooms at the special ReMA rates is through the URLs provided by ReMA at the time you registered for the event. If you have questions or concerns, please contact ReMA Registration at Registration@recycledmaterials.org or call (202) 662-8500.
