Reminder: OSHA 300A Forms Due March 2

Feb 28, 2020, 16:40 PM by EHS Update

There’s been a good bit of confusion regarding the electronic reporting requirement for the OSHA 300A form. ReMA received a concise email from OSHA on the requirements (see below).

Further Clarification

  • The NAICS code for establishments with 20 or more employees noted below includes 4239 (Miscellaneous durable goods merchant wholesalers)
  • The collection of CY 2019 data and beyond will include the collection of establishments' Employer Identification Numbers (EIN). If you submit your data using a csv file or API, you can view the new layout by selecting the "How" tab above.

From OSHA

Who is required to submit Form 300A?

  • Establishments with 250 or more employees that are required to keep OSHA injury and illness records, and
  • Establishments with 20 to 249 employees in certain industries.
