ISRI condemns the brutality and violence perpetrated by Hamas against the people of Israel. We are heartbroken by the loss of life and stand in solidarity with Israel, for peace and against terror. We are praying for healing for the thousands who are injured, strength and courage for those who are working to bring home all those who have been kidnapped, and comfort for their families.
To help provide support, we have contributed $50,000 to Magen David Adom, helping to ensure that the paramedics, EMTS, first responders, and first-aid providers – volunteers and staff – throughout Israel have the training, equipment, and medical supplies they need to treat all those who are injured and in need of care.
Donations can be made at https://afmda.org/.
“May we see the day when war and bloodshed cease, When a great peace will embrace the world. Then nation will not threaten nation, And the human family will not again know war For all who live on earth shall realize We have not come into being to hate or destroy, We have come into being to praise, to labor, and to love.” -An excerpt from The Prayer for Peace
