Breaking News: Chinese Ministry of Environment Issues New Environmental Regulations

ISRI has received a copy of new environmental regulations scheduled to go into effect on January 1, 2015. We are currently having the document translated but initial reports are that while the regulations do not specifically refer to or directly regulate exporters of recyclables to China, they may have an impact on scrap recyclers.
