State of the States

It may not be spring, but the state legislatures are all coming out of hibernation for the new legislative session. All but eight states will be in session by the end of January and bills targeting electronics kill switches, tire management, crumb rubber safety, metals theft, and other issues have already been introduced.
Worried about what might be coming down the pipe in your state? ISRI's State Legislative Tracking System lets you check all the bills of interest in your state at a glance! Just go to ISRI's State Policy Page and login with your username and password to access the link. You can also view session dates, bill deadlines, and legislator and committee profiles, and regulatory changes being considered.
