“As a leader and businessman, Eds exemplifies the qualities of the Young Executive of the Year and continually shares his passion for the recycled materials industry,” said ReMA President Robin Wiener. “ReMA is pleased to honor Eds in celebration of his leadership and his dedication to the greater recycled materials industry through creative ways to engage fellow ReMA members, while highlighting opportunities in recycling for other young executives.”
Harding is the Vice President of Operations at Harding Metals and President of the ReMA New England Chapter. As a third-generation leader of Harding Metals, he has spent nearly 20 years driving its growth while upholding the company’s legacy of integrity, hard work, and innovation.
“I am humbled to receive this award and deeply grateful for the incredible people who have supported me along the way. To my family, whose encouragement has been unwavering, and to the Harding Metal’s co-workers—who have become family—thank you,” said Eds Harding. “I also want to recognize my fellow ReMA volunteers and the dedicated industry members, both within ReMA and beyond, who work tirelessly to strengthen and grow our industry. This recognition is a testament to the strength of the New England Chapter, my company, and the people I work with every day. I look forward to continuing our work together to drive our industry forward.”
